Authored works (books)
۱. Fundamentals of Laboratory Animal Science (with an emphasis on laboratory rodents) – ۲۰۱۳
This book was my first serious experience in the field of authorship; a work that was formed in collaboration with valuable friends and researchers at the Royan Institute. I have always believed that working with laboratory animals requires precise principles and a responsible approach, which is why we tried to prepare a comprehensive collection on their breeding, maintenance, and proper use. From anatomy and physiology to breeding management and biological standards, we covered everything in this book. I am glad that this work quickly became one of the reference sources for universities and research centers and was also recognized as a “book worthy of the chapter’s appreciation.” For me, the real value of this book is that it was able to smooth the path of education and research for many students and researchers.
۲. Principles of Laboratory Work and Biosafety – ۲۰۱۵
In this book, my colleagues and I addressed a topic that has always been a concern of mine in the laboratory: biosafety. I believe that no progress in research is valuable if the health of researchers and the working environment is not guaranteed. For this reason, we tried to provide detailed and practical guidelines for preventing contamination, working safely with human and animal samples, and managing biological waste. It is gratifying that this book is used today as a practical and educational reference for veterinary students, biology students, and researchers in the fields of cell and regenerative medicine.
۳. Cell Therapy and Regenerative Medicine (Volume II) – ۲۰۲۱
This book is the result of my years of concern and passion for the field of regenerative medicine. Together with a group of prominent researchers, we tried to collect the latest global findings in the field of cell therapy, tissue and organ regeneration, and their clinical applications. My goal was to enable researchers, professors, and graduate students to become familiar with the latest methods and therapeutic achievements in this field from both a scientific and practical perspective. I believe that the future of medicine depends on the development of these regenerative therapies, and this book is a small step towards that future.
Final words
For me, writing these books was more of an effort to share some of the knowledge I have gained through research and experience with the younger generation than a personal achievement. I am glad that these works are used in some universities and educational centers today and can be a small guide for students and researchers. I believe that the real value of these books lies in the impact they have on the scientific development of others, not simply in the name of their author.
